Non-smoker:

All our apartments are non-smoker apartments. For allergy sufferers we recommend apartment Nr 4 with parquet ground.

Domestic animals:

Are admitted subject to prior special arrangement only.

Arrival and departure:

Your apartment will be available from 1 pm. We kindly ask you to call us in case of arrival after 9 p.m.

You are asked to vacate your apartment or the guest room no later than 10 am on your day of departure.

The residual amount can be paid in cash at your arrival or at the departure. Please consider that we do not accept credit cards. Thank you for your comprehension.

Bank and cash machine are in front of our house. Your booking is just valid after the receipt of your written reservation (booking), as well as the agreed deposit..

Cancellation fees according to art.1382 C.C:

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

The following cancellation conditions apply: there are no cancellation fees up for cancellations within 2 months before arrival.

- Cancellations from 60 days till 21 days before arrival: the deposit will not be refunded and/or turned into a credit voucher.

- For cancellation between 20 and 14 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price.

- For cancellation after 13th day before arrival we charge 80% of the total price

- For last minute cancellations (3 days before arrival), in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the total price.

The cancellation declaration must reach us in written form and be confirmed by us in writing within the time-frames indicated above. We recommend you a travel insurance policy: this should cover any cancellation fees and will enable you to look forward to your holiday without any concerns. Please note that in case of cancellation, any cancellation fees can be offset with the deposit paid.

Local tax:

There will be added a local tax of 2 € per person per day payable on departure to the accorded price.

Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy.

The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
